Job Description

Candidate will analyze business processes and configuration, as well as configure Oracle software or ERP software to related business functions. Responsibilities also include assessing needs and formulating solutions through the use of Oracle and other applications; Initiating and/or participating in related projects and providing day to day support of the Oracle software. Candidate will also gather business requirements, implement and test Oracle operational system applications and reports. Work with business units to gather business requirements, prepare, prioritize and deliver reports for all functional areas across the organization. Partner with various business units in the organization to facilitate implementation of new or improved reporting processes and applications. Partner with end users to define business requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve business systems issues. Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems. Provide orientation and training to end users in the effective use of Oracle applications.

Requirements

• BSCS or BSBA with two years of related experience with Oracle and or other ERP software.
• Basic understanding of ERP Software Fundamentals and Tools.
• Basic knowledge of system testing practices and methodologies; common best practice financial, accounting, and business.
• Direct hands on experience with ad hoc query programs, automated testing tools, and
• reporting software.
• Demonstrates an understanding of the issues relevant to a variety of Oracle EBS modules. Accounting modules A/R ,A/P, Fixed Assets and General Ledger a plus.
• Proven data analysis, data verification, and problem solving abilities.
• Experience with statistical reporting and analysis.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.
• Ability to train and provide support to Oracle application system users.
• Ability to learn to perform system troubleshooting of Oracle EBS applications.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships with business units and other associates.
• Sets and conveys clear goals and monitors progress; Obtains results and adds value to the organization by making timely and sound decisions and influencing others.
